J woke up at 6am today!!!!!!!

I had to force him to take an afternoon nap because I could see his eyes were drooping. There were lots of crying!! He did not want to sleep.
He took 1hr 10m to fall asleep!
He slept for an hour.

What is this face?

This is his finished work.
We were doing some simple activities on "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" book.

This is another way to reinforce him on new words.
Let's be creative!!
No, he might not remember the word "caterpillar" the next time I show him the word card, but he had fun, and I think that's very important too.

J woke up at 1:30am crying, he said he had a dream.
It was in our living room.
A huge mosquito was sucking him. There were several other mosquitos crawling on the floor.
I was in the kitchen.
There were Teacher Lee and another boy in the living room with him.

Poor J, it took him a long time to go back to sleep.

Because we had a bad night and that he has a swimming class in the afternoon, I insisted him to take a nap.
He refused and whined for quite a while. He stopped taking a nap since around 2 years old.
But luckily at the end I made him sleep for an hour.
I was just worried that he would whine a lot in the swimming class or get super tired after the class.
