The 1st time I gave him only the puzzle pieces and showed him what to do. But he did not get it.
This time I printed out the original picture and laminated it, and put it on the side of the puzzles, so that he can look at the original picture and figure out the puzzles.
The outcome was better, but still need my guidance.
I have been practicing counting numbers with him for quite a while, I would do it whenever I remember, e.g. in the supermarket counting how many tomatotes I was going to buy.
